This version of the Watershed Sanitary Survey of Lobos Creek is an update to the Watershed Sanitary Survey, Dated November 2001 and April 1994 and fulfills the California department of Health Services and Surface Water Treatment Rule requirements. It also updates conditions in the watershed affecting water quality, identifies watershed management practices that will reduce existing and potential contaminants, examines water quality data, and determines appropriate levels and means to reduce harmful contaminants.
