"Harry Potter" - is not the end?

British distributor OverDrive has struck a deal with Pottermore -- the online home of all things Potter -- to distribute "Harry Potter" e-books and digital audiobooks in school and public libraries worldwide.
The deal calls for the books to be distributed in more than 20 languages throughout OverDrive's global network of libraries, which currently numbers more than 18,000.

"The Rolling Stones: 50" will hit the shelves on July 12, the date in 1962 when the band debuted at the Marquee Club in London's Oxford Street.
The book, published by Thames & Hudson in Britain, is part of the 50th anniversary celebrations for one of rock and roll's biggest acts, but what fans are calling for most is another world tour.

The 1964 close-up painting of a sexy blonde woman is part of a series by Lichtenstein and considered one of the great works of post-war American art.
"Sleeping Girl is one of the great masterpieces of the 20th century, counting iconic depictions of women by Pablo Picasso, Constantin Brancusi and Amedeo Modigliani among its peers," Tobias Meyer, Sotheby's Worldwide Head of Contemporary Art, said in a statement.

Davy Jones, the lead singer of The Monkees, died this morning after suffering a heart attack in Indiantown, Fla., his representative confirmed to ABC News. He was 66.

"I Am a Pole (And So Can You!)" will be published by Grand Central Publishing on May 8.

The release date for an upcoming memoir by the late New York Times reporter Anthony Shadid has been moved up from late March to the end of February.
On Friday, a day after the Pulitzer Prize winner died of an apparent asthma attack in Syria, "House of Stone" was in the top 40 on Amazon.com. Houghton Mifflin Harcourt had planned to publish the book March 27, but "House of Stone" will instead come out Feb. 28.
