A 1932 work by William Foster (1881 –1961) was a radical American labor organizer and Marxist politician, where he set forth the program of destruction of the American system. The author offered an overlap of a Socialist system upon the American people, which would change a constitutional republic and lay the foundation of the Soviet America.
