The Hero of Ages
Vin and Elend have discovered some of the Lord Ruler’s caches, huge storage caverns stocked with food and water in anticipation of this day. The dead tyrant had also left messages etched into metal plates, explaining the allomantic use of unknown metals, as well as giving hints on how to stave off the world’s destruction. Unfortunately, the last cache that could give them the information they need to avert disaster, is underneath a city held by a hostile obligator. Can they take the city and its food stores before it is too late?
