Copyright was issued in 1940, but no renewal was recorded, this work is Public Domain under Rule 6 of the Copyright Statutes of the United States. Etext created by Gerard Arthus. This issue was missing the cover, I have inserted a copy but if someone can send me a better copy I will incorporate it into the work.
