Location:
Northeast corner of Jl. Imam Bonjol & Jl Ronggowarsito south of the Kusuma Sahid Prince Hotel.
At about 9 pm, Pak Pawiraâs 6-person group showed up at this corner. When a kroncong trio continued to occupy the prime spot on the bench at the southeast corner (see separate photo), we went to the lesehan at the northeast corner. Those from Ngawi (82km east of Solo) still live there but come to Solo to get the basic necessities of life (cari nafkah) and make some money via siteran. They stay over (âkosâ) at either of two places in Solo (one being Pawiraâs house).
