On Feb 11, 2010 the Portland Metro Council adopted a modified Ordinance that declared that affordable housing was a matter of regional concern and that identified $850,000 as an existing Metro Revolving Loan Fund as a Metro resource.

The Ordinance recognizes affordable housing as a matter of regional concern, however in prior work session Council members indicated that the $850,000 would no longer be available for the current revolving loan fund purposes.
