Mrs. Mary Eales's receipts is quite a short book that contains around 75 recipes but it is truly wonderful and useful. Here you will find wonderful advice on what to do with different types of fruit, vegetables and chocolate. Besides, the book presents some great tips on cooking and the art of it. Although some of the dishes presented here are rather old, but it only makes the book more valuable as it is always great to rediscover something new, especially in those things that are connected with cooking.
