Mentoring and New Zealand midwives
This is a report of a survey that was carried out by Sarah Stewart in 2005 looking at how midwives in New Zealand mentored and supported each other, especially new graduates. This report went on to be the framework for the 'first year of practice' program developed by the New Zealand College of Midwives for new graduate midwives in New Zealand.
