This short article deals with the nomenclature of the pre-occupied enus name Araucania Chamberlin in the family Linotaeniidae (Chilopoda) from Chile. The proposed replacement names is Cesachile nom. nov. with the necessary combination Cesachile araucanensis (Silvestri,1899) (comb.n.). Cercopicesa nom. nov., a replacement name in the family Cercopidae from Australia (Homoptera). This short article deals with the nomenclature of the pre-occupied genus name Tonnoiria Lallemand in the family Cercopidae (Homoptera) from Australia and Tasmania. The proposed replacement name is Cercopicesa nom. nov. with the necessary combinations Cercopicesa tasmaniae (Lallemand,1954) (comb. n.), and Cercopicesa chinai (Hacker,1926) (comb. n.). This short article deals with the nomenclature of the pre-occupied generic names in the families Scarabaeidae and Elateridae in the order Coleoptera from Mexico and Nepal respectively. The proposed replacement names are Cesamexico nom. nov. (Scarabaeidae), and Platigudenzia nom. nov. (Elateridae). Nomenclatural notes on the genus-group names in the families Braconidae and Ichneumonidae (Hymenoptera). This short article deals with the nomenclature of the pre-occupied generic names in the families Braconidae and Ichneumonidae in the order Hymenoptera from South America, and Madagascar respectively. The proposed replacement names are Bracocesa nom. nov. (Braconidae), and Madagascesa nom. nov. (Ichneumonidae). Further notes on the nomenclature of the genus group names in the superfamily Chacidoidea (Hymenoptera). In this short article the nomenclatural status of the pre-occupied generic names in the families Pteromalidae, and Mymaridae in the order Hymenoptera are evaluated. Two replacement names, Hedqvistina nom. nov., and Africesa nom. nov. are proposed. One genus name, Baburia Hedqvist, 2004 is declared as junior homomym for the first time (hom.n.).
