In a letter addressed to Chief Justice of Punjab and Haryana High Court Bhai Balwant Singh Rajoana, who is sentenced to Death in Beant Singh assassination case, has refused to appeal against capital sentence awarded to him by the Sessions Court. Bhai Rajoana has clarified that he stands by what he and Shaheed Dilawar Singh did and he do not want to appeal against the decision of Sessions court or take services of any advocate. He further said that he has no faith in Indian Judicial system so he does not in any way want to participate or be participated in it.
