Betsy Likens - Clawhammer Banjo Tab
Two clawhammer banjo tabs based on the tune Betsy Likens, as played by fiddler Henry Reed. The first version is a simple arrangement of the tune and the second version contains more advanced techniques.
Recordings of this tune by Henry Reed are available on the Library of Congress website under the Fiddle Tunes of the Old Frontier: The Henry Reed Collection (recorded by Alan Jabbour). It is found under the title "Betsy Likens" as well as "Granny Put the Kettle On."
