This brochure introduces the Sanchuan Development Association, based in Minhe Hui and Tu Autonomous County, Haidong Region, Qinghai Province, PR China. One of the first officially registered local NGOs in Qinghai, this group of dedicated volunteers works closely with local people doing projects that greatly improve their quality of life.
