Feb. 3, 2010: Letter to Allan Rock following Chalking Day
This letter was sent to University of Ottawaa President Allan Rock immediately following the freedom of expression event called Chalking Day, urging Mr. Rock to respect the messages left by students on the Morisset Library walls, and to scale back the involvement of Protection Services and Ottawa Police in student-run events.
